Today I have a real story for you!
Sometimes necessity pushes us in ways of healing that we knew were there, but have not fully utilized.
For years I have experienced a stomach issue off and on, kind of like a bad stomach ache, but burny. My whole system goes off kilter, and I feel unwell and uncomfortable. I don't know what it is, and honestly I don't want to know, its a leak in the system somewhere and I've just lived with it.
This morning about 3:30 am I woke up and was REALLY uncomfortable, the pain level was about a 5 or 6, and a high level of that heartburn feeling. I thought,
"Hey wait a minute! Let's have a look at Touch the Button."

Which of the 5 elements influences the stomach and digestive system? It is the earth element, and the authority organ for this element is....the spleen. Voila, there is a TTB animation for the spleen, which also governs the teeth, gums, lips, and mouth, and whole body muscles. The unbalanced emotion for this element is worry.

I purchased the video for $10 Canadian, which is about $7 US, and that gives me full access for a whole month. Sometimes things transform very quickly, but keep in mind a dis-ease probably didn't come to you overnight. It might be the culmination of years of negative information going in, and odd symptoms coming out.
I put in my earbud, and listened to the video for about 6 times, not even tracing the Calligraphy, (this greatly increases the power of the process) just laying in bed absorbing the energy and light. Quite literally on the 3rd time through the pain and discomfort abated by about 50%. By the time I got out of bed I had no pain and felt oddly happy, I must have been worried at some level and wasn't even aware of it. Do you see how huge this is?
I will continue to do this practice for the next month whenever possible, I still feel a little twinge and want to transform that completely.
Next I will purchase the video for kidneys, as this is for the water element, which influences bones and joints among many other parts and functions. I have experienced some seemingly stubborn inflammation in the hip area that I am waaaaaay ready to transform. I'll write about it!
