Kuan Yin Speaks. What color are your thoughts?
"Good morning! This is Kuan Yin.
There is a condition that some humans experience called synesthesia.

"What Is Synesthesia?
Synesthesia is when you hear music, but you see shapes. Or you hear a word or a name and instantly see a color. Synesthesia is a fancy name for when you experience one of your senses through another. For example, you might hear the name "Alex" and see green. Or you might read the word "street" and taste citrus fruit.
The word "synesthesia" has Greek roots. It translates to “perceive together.” People who have this ability are called synesthetes. Synesthesia isn’t a disease or disorder. It won’t harm your health, and it doesn’t mean you’re mentally ill."
A very small percentage of the population has this interesting condition, but I think we can expand on the concept and create a tool that will help us in the purification process of our mind and thoughts. If we have any hope of raising our consciousness and experiencing an enlightenment of our being, we must clean up the monkey mind.
Start with what makes you feel good to think about, examine that. Memories? Plans for the future? Your family? The animals in your care? As we have discussed, anything that takes you out of present moment awareness slows your journey, but thinking happens, and we may as well bring light to that thinking. We DO have choice and authority. Stand up and discipline your mind.
Sit quietly, and see what thoughts come through the mouse hole. Sit like a cat, waiting. One comes and says,
"That teacher really isn't very good at it, she makes a lot of mistakes."
Immediately associate a color with that thought. It is criticism and judgment. What color is that? Red with swirls of black? Sickly yellow with brown spots?
How about,
"I feel old and tired. I'm tired of trying. I think I'd rather just go to heaven now."
Probably grey, like an evening cloud bank.
"I hate that guy! He's hurting my family so much!"
Deep orange with flecks of red. And so on.
I'm sad. Nothing changes. Nobody really cares about me."
Rain grey.
Those colors emanate from your being into your aura, and that is what you are projecting to the world. Ewwww! No!
Well, yes. Are you surprised when your enviroment mirrors that back to you?
Now go deeper into a meditation, breathe the light of the sun and moon into your being, be as still as you can. See that you can deflect those darker thoughts and emotions before they get to you. Wait for the higher impulses of your soul.

This is one of the purposes of chanting a mantra, replacing the junk files with a higher energy and light. Now see that a better quality of thought comes in through positive affirmation and chanting. Let's try some better ideas.
"The living presence of the Source is my life."
Gold maybe? Or sparkling clear?
"I am a being and creation of light."
"I am loved and protected by the Divine"
"I am a clear, clean and open, light filled, love filled space. A worthy habitation for Love."
"I am powerful, I am beautiful, I am worthy."
All the beautiful colors of possibility, purple, crystal, golden, pink, white.
Think of that kind of color energy emanating into your aura, and out to all you encounter!
If you make this a habit you will see where you are fouling your own nest with continuous, mindless chatter, 90 percent of it negative. It is a downward spiral to dissolution and death. Train yourself to monitor every thought and word, every emotion and reaction. You can do that.
All thought patterns are habit, begun in childhood, trained up well by parents, playmates, teachers and more. There is nothing that can't be transformed. There are tools for this, offered by many teachers, most notably the one you know as Master Sha.
