Guan Yin Speaks. Day 5, Light.

“Good morning. This is Guan Yin speaking.

There is a buddhist teaching that says,

“Where golden light shines, sickness disappears.”

Light is the living fabric of the universe, it infuses everything, illuminates everything. It pours from eyes, hands, hearts all the time. Humans are generally operating at such a low energetic level that they can’t see it. There are some of course, who do. There are beings with open third eyes, those with the ability to perceive the light field that surround others, and this is a great gift.

There was a story from the Divine one known as Paramahansa Yogananda about his father. When Yogananda was a boy, he observed his father emerging from meditation with his face transformed to light, radiant as the sun. This vision affected him greatly! This can happen.

As Love is, so Light is the essence of the living presence of God. Or Tao, or Divine, or Source, whatever you choose to call it. The One. It is entirely powerful to transform anything, and does that all the time when permitted. You can train yourself to perceive this light, and to utilize it in your life.

Here is a practice for you.

Sit with back straight, away from the chair. Close your eyes. Place your awareness in your lower abdomen, down to the tailbone area. Fully relax. As we may speak to any soul in any universe, say,

“Dear infinite light of the Source, of all universes, I offer my love to you, please come in to my body. Please fill me head to toe with your great radiance.”

Or whatever phraseology suits you.

Start to breathe slowly and deeply, see the light pouring in to your crown chakra and flowing down to your 1st chakra area. See the wheels of your chakras spinning as the light shines through them.

Breathe the light fully into all your bones, into every cell, into all spaces between cells. As all the universe ebbs and flows with light, so does your body. See the light moving in waves from head to toe, then back again.

Go every more deeply into an illuminated silence, let the incoming and outgoing light breath be your awareness. If possible, spend a period of time or (timelessness) resting in that light, feel the healing power. See that you are connected with all possibility of light.

When you feel that this process is complete, rise and go outside if you can. Find a tree and sit or stand before it with your eyes open just enough to see the tree. Remember that light that filled your entire being? It fills the tree as well, allow your eyes to see that light. Do this practice when you think of it, for everything in your experience, including people, animals, inanimate objects. All are empty of everything but sentient light.

May the light of the Infinite Divine heal and liberate you, may it fill your mind and being so entirely that there’s no room for anything else. I love you.”
