Guan Yin Speaks. Day three, the heart.

"Beloveds, this is Guan Yin. I love you. Thank you for allowing me to serve you in this way.

If you only knew what love really is. Have you ever had a moment when you saw or felt something so beautiful, or powerful, that you simply stopped? Stopped thinking? Breathing? In that moment you were in the heart of true love.

Love does not think, it is. Love is not an emotion, love is quite literally the living presence of the Divine. Love is a state of being unencumbered by human opinion, or the constant gush of reactions. Love is the wakened knowing that there is only one. One mind, one great luminous beating heart, one living silence.

So here is your practice for today.

Sit quietly, breathe light into your body. See you body filled with light pouring in from 360 degrees. When you are still and completely relaxed, place your awareness in your heart. If thoughts come, just let them pass and come back to your heart.

Picture your heart as an opening flower of golden light, white light, the deep crimson of a perfect rose. See it expanding, more beautiful and radiant with every breath. You may see a light being there, it might be the soul of your heart, or a holy being. It doesn't matter.

Say to your heart,

"What do you want me to know my dear heart?"

Listen. This can be the sweetest, tenderest moment, tears may pour down. Write this message down, if you don't hear anything, that is perfect. Just rest in the love presence of your own illuminated heart. Do this every day for a week and see what your heart pattern is.

What you think of as "me" is a mortal dream persona. It's afflicted by the storms of emotion and belief. Your real self is this radiant heart. One with all that is. Still. Try to go there often, and you will see, you don't want to feel any other way.

That is all. I love you."
