Guan Yin Speaks, day 2. The heart

“My beloved children, this is Guan Yin. Does it matter if I am Eastern Buddha? Shall I tell you I am Mother Mary? Krishna? Kahuna? Believe me, it makes no difference. It’s humans who think that we are separate, we beings that vibrate at a higher level. We are one in consciousness and presence, and we are here to assist you during this upheaval time on Mother Earth.

The being that you might know as Guan Yin Compassion Bodhisattva is ancient, multifaceted, and powerful. I come here now every day to speak through this one to assist you, to help you wake.

Much is made in current culture of “Opening the heart.” Instructions are not so easy to find. I can help you with this. One way to start is to realize that your outer experience is a dream state, a form of illusion. Can you see that all the noise, conflict, high emotions and deeply held beliefs keep you from looking in? You are afraid of looking in.

“It’s too quiet in there! It’s dark! It’s boring. I have things to do.” This is childish. If you are adult enough to read this you are adult enough pull your attention from the world of things and words, and rest in your heart for a while. Acknowledge your heart, give thanks to it, ask it questions! Your heart is a living soul, and would love to hear from you.

The heart is a powerhouse of healing and information, it’s the core and center of your being. It can serve you greatly if you permit it. The one known as Master Sha teaches,

“The heart houses the mind and soul.”

There is no way to overstate the importance of your heart. This is not the physical heart, but the giant radiant energy field of heart center.

The thing about the heart is that with every negative thought or action, every anger and judgment, every dark and hurtful impulse, little hooks are formed within it. You often live in a continuous avalanche of complaint and unhappiness. These catch on the little hooks and create bigger and bigger blockages until the heart is in the dark.

Look at the picture above and meditate for a moment about how it would feel to let all life experience flow through, unimpeded, like a great cool breeze.

Thinking, judging, comparing, and complaining can completely block your heart and your life.

Can you find 5 minutes in your day to begin to bring down the heat?

Do this.

Sit quietly, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax. Hold your heart tenderly, lovingly in your hands. Shine light to it.

Say,

“Dear my most precious heart, I love you. I’m sorry that I have hurt you, or ignored you. I’m sorry for my thoughts and actions that have closed you up. Please forgive me.”

Then chant,

“I love my heart.” for 5 minutes, then listen and see if your heart has a message for you.

More heart sharing tomorrow.

I love you. Guan Yin.”
